■ 3D-Axis Stretch bending machine for production automotive door & windows frames
3D Axis stretch bender is mainly used for automobile door frames, window frames, roof ditch, and other parts that should be bent. This is the automatic machine with the process theory, machine configuration and molds CAD, electrical and hydraulic transmission. With the Japanese mature stretch bending technology, we developed with widely applicability of the mechanical linkage, and multi-axis three-axis dynamic three-dimensional stretch bending sequence of basic institutions and a variety of tooling deformation bodies; developed curved shape a common host, and developed a series of parameters. Device can store multiple sets of stretch-bending process to adapt to different production profiles.
Mainly 3D Stretch bending machine for each process is consisted of both sides clamping action, leveling stretch, both sides rotation and lifting, etc.

Manual release products → clamping product → Push start button → start (move up the formation of power) → bending operation /( Rotary Run / shaft up moving) → actions stop at the position→ pulled up loose claws → loose crimping tool → all the auxiliary fuel cylinder action (Such as: sawing, drilling, shaping, etc.)→bending return back /( Z shaft back / rotation back / pulled up to return) →All actions back to original positions.→ take off product by manual → complete one production cycle
